This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of this charming town. We were able to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the bustling atmosphere just steps away from our hotel. Secondly, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. They truly made us feel welcome and took care of any requests we had. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. The attention to detail was evident, from the neat and tidy bathroom to the cozy beds. I also appreciated the value for money, as the prices were reasonable and affordable for the quality of service and accommodations we received.

The town around the hotel was very lively and full of beautiful Christmas lights. It was really enjoyable to walk around and see the illuminated tree made of lights. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food for dinner that we couldn't complain about.
The room was cold, and we couldn't turn on the heating or take a shower in hot water. Breakfast was very disappointing with no croissants, fruit, yoghurt, meat, cheese, cereal bowls or juice.

The hotel had a prime location right in the center of the city, making it very convenient for exploring. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive, always willing to assist us with any queries or requests. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
The noise level at night, which was to be expected given its central location. the temperature in the room was cold and the hot water in the bathroom was not sufficient.
